The Carlo Zauli Museum was founded by the artist's family, precisely in the place of study and research that had welcomed him for decades and where Carlo Zauli would later pass away. There is now a solid base of knowledge and scientific literature on the contribution of the arts and artistic practice in improving the health and well-being of people, so much so as to bring Art Therapy into large hospitals, companies, schools and various other contexts both for preventive purposes and for diagnostic evaluation purposes. Since 2020, with the support of Carlo Zauli's children, Laura (contact person responsible for the project and vice-president of the Museum) and Matteo (Artistic Director), the Art Therapy project conceived and proposed by Mona Lisa Tina (visual artist , art therapist and teacher trainer at the Scuola Nuove Arti Terapie branches of Bologna, Milan, Rome, Director Oliviero Rossi). This initiative is a response to people's needs for ever-increasing psychophysical well-being, and aims to spread the identity of the place in an original way. Workshops and individual and group sessions are held inside the Museum and have attracted great participation. In the place where Zauli's ceramic art was first conceived and then created, consistently with the objectives of the Museum, within a social responsibility project, Art Therapy also takes shape in the search for the psychophysical well-being of the people of every age and cultural reason.
